1. Track your order

Just go to 'My Account', log in and select the order you'd like to track, then click the 'View Order Details' button.

If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank, there may be a delay with the update of your tracking – don’t worry, it’ll update soon. Please allow until the estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered.

2. Check the estimated delivery date

You’ll find this date in your Order Confirmation email or by checking 'My Account'.

Please remember that this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date. If your order contains a preorder, it will be held until all items are available. To have items sent as they become available, please contact us.

3. I'm still waiting for my order

Has your estimated delivery date already passed? Please give us a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times)!

4. Large/Mature trees over 200cm

We use a dedicated plant courier service for our large trees to guarantee their safe arrival to you. While this may result in a longer delivery time, rest assured that your plants won't be confined to boxes and will be tended to by experienced staff. The standard tracking link won't apply to your order; instead, our team will email you once your delivery has been scheduled. We appreciate your patience, and we'll provide you with an exact delivery date as soon as it's available.
