We use many different growers over the UK, so it's possible your plants will be coming from different locations and therefore arrive separately. If the plant you are waiting for is not on the delivery note included in the box, then it will coming from one of our other expert growers. 

Did you know that you can track each of your plants by logging into 'My Account'? If you already have an account, log in to find your order. If you don't, create an account with the email you used to place the order and you will find the tracking inside. 

It is also worth checking the estimated delivery date for each plant by clicking view order details. If you still require assistance, please us the contact form and one of our team can check for you.
