I've received the wrong plant/quantity

We're so sorry! If you could fill in the contact form letting us know what plant or quantity is incorrect then we'll speak to the nursery and get back to you as quickly as possible. If we’ve sent the wrong plant, please attach a picture of the label

I've not received the whole order

We use many different growers over the UK, so it's possible your plants will be coming from different locations and therefore arrive separately. If the plant you are waiting for is not on the delivery note included in the box, then it will coming fro

My order is damaged/dying

We're sorry to hear that. Get in touch using the contact form and supply as many pictures as possible. We will then take a look at it and get back to you as quickly as possible.

We love working with plants. Most of the time. There are occasions where they maybe haven’t grown as well as expected, or pick up a pest or disease and, despite our best efforts and award-winning packaging, sadly some do get injured on the journey. R
